LONDON DEANERYIn association with the Kent, Surrey and Sussex (KSS)Deaneries LOCUM APPOINTMENTS FOR SPECIALTY TRAINING IN DIABETES & ENDOCRINOLOGY Applications are invited for appointment to Locum Appointment for Training (LAT) posts on the Specialist Training Programmes in Diabetes & Endocrinology in Kent, Surrey and Sussex (KSS) Deanery at the Princess Royal Hospital, Haywards Heath from the 6 October 2010 for 12 months. LAT posts do not attract a NTN, although up to one year may subsequently count towards the award of the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) on the advice of the College of Emergency Medicine from whom recognition must be obtained prospectively. All candidates should be eligible for registration with the GMC. MRCP part 1 or equivalent is essential for entry to the programme. Where equivalent qualifications or experience are being offered, it is essential that the candidate provides written confirmation from the Royal College and attaches this to their application.
