The purpose of this role is to equip Aldingbourne Trust staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks. The Training Advisor will help with the on-going, long-term improvement of employees' skills, enabling them to fulfil their potential within the Aldingbourne Trust. You will assess the skills and knowledge within the organisation and determine what training is needed to grow and retain people.
The Training Advisor will work with our People Team and Project Managers to ensure the Aldingbourne Trust is maintaining compliance with recommended and mandatory training, as well as taking responsibility for updating course attendance on our online HR system and answering questions about learning and development. Understanding & supporting the Trust's values, principles & objectives are also important.
The contractual hours for this post are 14 hours per week.
