An independent firm of chartered accountants based on the outskirts of Uckfield are looking for a qualified (ACA or ACCA) general practice Assistant Manager/ Manager to join the firm.

If you feel a lack of progression at your current firm then this would be a good option for you as there are good development opportunities for those with ambition to future partnership.

The firm is rurally based to the west of Uckfield so you will need your own transport. This makes the office easily accessible from the likes of Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and Ardingly as well as from Lewes and Crowbrough.

About You:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Have recent or current experience of working within an accountancy practice
• General practice experience to include the review and preparation of client accounts with associated tax work
• First class presentation and communication skills for this client facing role
• Although part of the wider supportive team, you will be confident and competent to work unsupervised
