I am working closely with my client, a reputable & organisation organisation near Redhill, to recruit for a full-time and permanent Commercial Finance Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role entails:

• Leading in all aspects of management accounting within the business
• Budget preparation and Forecasts
• Budget Modelling
• Project accounting- reviewing and improving processes where necessary
• Leading and managing a team of 4 x Direct Reports
• Conducting financial analysis

The ideal candidate WILL:

• Have experience within the charity/ not for profit sector
• Have strong all round management accounting skills
• Be comfortable leading a team of 4 (including part and newly qualified accountants)
• Be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified (with substantial post-qualified experience)
