Customer Service Advisor - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Due to exciting expansion, we are looking to grow our fantastic Customer Services Team!

Fittleworth, first founded in 1984 out of a small family garage, is now one of the UK’s leading home dispensing companies. We pride ourselves on providing a personalised, trusted and dedicated first-class home delivery service to our clients catering to all stoma, continence and wound care appliance needs.

We are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors, working on a full time basis, working core hours of Monday to Friday 08:45am – 17:15pm, accompanied with a shift pattern basis of hours 08:00am - 16:30pm, 11:30am - 20:00pm as well as occasional Saturdays working 09:00am - 13:00pm.

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for exceeding customer expectations in providing a first-class experience filled with care and integrity to the clients and healthcare professionals we serve. In doing so you will be managing inbound and outbound calls and emails for our clients, supporting their queries, and processing orders.

Previous experience of working in a high-volume customer service environment is essential, as well as a committed and empathetic approach in reaching solutions for clients. You will enjoy varied, and challenging work with the support of a vibrant team environment.
