We are looking for a Head of Quality and Standards on a one year fixed-term contract, to take a key role in the operational management of the University’s quality and standards procedures, taking responsibility for coordinating a number of important projects for the Academic Quality and Standards Service. This is an excellent career progression opportunity for an experienced quality management professional who aspires to be a future Director in a University environment.

This exciting key position involves the quality management of taught provision within the University. You will be able to negotiate successful working relationships with staff and students as well as external partners therefore travel abroad will be required restrictions permitting. It is essential that you have knowledge, understanding and experience of the Quality Code and the Office for Students to take forward policies and processes around approval, monitoring and review.

The post holder will support the implementation of the University Strategy through coordinating, contributing to and leading the work of committees and other groups responsible for quality assurance and enhancement.
