We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Learning Co-ordinator (Schools) to play a vital role in delivering our schools education programme. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the early stages of an innovative initiative that works with artists, educators, and landscape designers at the forefront of their fields.

About the Role

Working closely with the Head of Learning, you will be the first point of contact for schools and education partners. From managing bookings and coordinating visits, to supporting hands-on creative sessions, your contribution will help young people access exceptional learning experiences in a one-of-a-kind setting. You will be at the heart of our efforts to build meaningful relationships with schools-especially those most in need of support- and ensure that every visit runs smoothly and memorably.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate bookings and respond to school enquiries
Maintain an efficient administrative system including calendars, databases, and reports
Support the delivery of school visits and provide a warm welcome to educational groups
Assist in delivering creative tours and workshops
Help manage the Learning Hub studio space, materials, and scheduling
Work with the Head of Learning to coordinate freelance artist educators and volunteers
Contribute to wider family and community programmes
Provide operational and ad-hoc project support across the Learning team

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and administrative skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interest in the arts and environmental education
Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends
Valid driving licence and access to transport (due to rural location)

Desirable

Experience in an arts education, cultural or heritage setting
Knowledge of children’s wellbeing and inclusive learning practices
Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety procedures
