The Kennels is the central clubhouse for all of the Estate’s sporting members, whether they’re passionate about horseracing, golf, motorsport, aviation, or the Health Club. We also welcome social members who simply want a stylish space to relax and enjoy superb food.

As Head Receptionist, you’ll lead the daily operation of our Reception team, ensuring every guest receives a warm, memorable, and personalised welcome that sets the tone for their visit. You’ll also supervise and inspire our Receptionists, supporting their training, development, and motivation.

What do you need to be successful?

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality or leisure.
• A natural people person with exceptional communication skills.
• A sense of fun and positivity!
