We’re looking for a Front of House Assistant to join our welcoming and passionate team for the summer season. Based at one of the UK’s most iconic and creative estates, this is your chance to work somewhere genuinely different.

The Role

This is a hands-on customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll be:

• Greeting and looking after our guests throughout their visit

• Sharing your knowledge of our seasonal menus and local wines

• Supporting service across lunch and dinner, events, and tastings

• Helping create a relaxed, professional and enjoyable environment

• Acting as an ambassador for Goodwood values, quality, care, and a sense of fun

You don’t need to be a wine expert (yet), but if you're curious, we’ll help you build that knowledge. You’ll have access to local tastings and training, so you can grow your confidence and skills.
