What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience at Junior Sous level or ready to step up
• A passion for fresh, local, and sustainable cooking
• Experience in high-quality restaurants or hotels
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proactive and positive approach to teamwork
• Excellent attention to detail and calmness under pressure
