HR Administrator - three month fixed term contract based in Hove - this is an urgent role.
The client is looking for a candidate who has worked in an HR environment with good accuracy and the ability to prioritise their work load within the tasks and responsibilities of the role.
The main responsibilities for this role to start with will be:
· Supporting the HR Officer with day to day administration of starters, leavers and promotions, including the processing of contracts, promotion letters and probation letters
· Processing of administration for HR team
· Conducting pre-employment screening for new employees
· Responding to job applicants and assisting in organising interviews
· Updating HR records – spreadsheets, the HR system etc
· Filing
Experience and skills required:
Experience of working in an HR department
Intermediate level Word and Excel
High level of accuracy throughout work
Confidence on the telephone (will be pre-screening candidates)
Ability to prioritise
Ideally to have previously worked in a confidential environment.

The salary being offered is £16,000 per annum, pro rata for a three month period.
