The Housing and Community Recovery Service provides complex packages of support to adults with mental health needs. This involves providing prompts and assistance with day-to-day living tasks to enable clients to maintain independent living through increasing their skills and support networks.
The post holder will lone work with clients in their homes and in the community, and will be part of a wider team of community workers.
