We need Senior Practitioners who can play a key role in the delivery of high quality social care assessment and care management services for people over the age of eighteen with severe and enduring mental health problems, both functional and organic.  Our successful candidates will also serve on the county's Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) rota and have experience of work related to Safeguarding Adults at Risk.   We will need you to bring creativity to professional practice, make a positive difference to our clients and carers, and provide support and direction to the staff you supervise.  You may already be working as a Senior Practitioner, or at Social Worker grade but with the motivation and ability to step up to the Senior Practitioner role.    In return for your commitment, you will receive excellent supervision and training within a supportive work environment.  Precise locations of posts and teams will be discussed at interview and preferences requested on which vacancy you would like to fill.
