The post-holder will be able to operate autonomously and work closely with Children's Social Care and other agencies.  It will be important to build constructive relationships with children and families as well as other professionals in delivering a high quality early help service.  We offer regular supervision and support, the opportunity for flexible working and a real chance to help improve the lives of vulnerable children and families.

It is a fixed term contract initially to 31st August 2015 - 21 hours a week - Lewes and District.

We are offering an annual salary on a scale starting at £23,698 pro rata with 28 days (pro rata) annual holiday and contributory pension scheme.

Both an Enhanced DBS Check for Regulated Activity and a full driving licence are required
