We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Tenancy Support Worker in Brighton. This role is for a young parent's specialist so we are ideally looking for someone who has experience of working with young parents and families and has experience of child protection processes.

This position will work as part of the Tenancy Support Team enabling young people to maintain their accommodation and gain independent living skills. The postholder will be expected to deliver high quality casework and be able to work collaboratively with other services.

You will work with a caseload of 16 - 25 year olds, with a focus on young parent's, and you will complete needs assessments and support plans with every client, where you are focused on achieving specific goals agreed with young people, as well as providing emotional and practical support on a weekly basis.

We would consider applications from candidates interested in either 30 hours or 37 hours per week. This is a fixed term contract until 31st March 2016, with potential to be extended subject to funding
