A world leading leisure travel group based in Brighton are looking to hire a HR Advisor to join the HR team on a contract basis with a view to potentially going permanent. The initial contract is for a 3 month period.

* The role will suit someone who is a self-starter, proactive and resilient
* Has at least 2 years' previous experience and knowledge of HR
* Manage work requests working to tight timescales whilst maintaining quality
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
* CPP Qualification or similar is advantageous

Key responsibilities:

* Provide HR administration support
* Help set up the induction process and regularly review the process
* Assist with recruitment administration including: Diary management, interview planning, posting jobs, assisting with the recruitment process
* First line Policy guidance for managers: Performance Management, Absence issues, Disciplinary
* Provide support and assistance
* Ensure accuracy of all data entered into the system in line with the agreed processes
* Ensure all Company policies and procedures are understood and followed
