Training will encompass:-

* How to become a Sourcing Ninja – Social talent or AIRs Certification for Resource Specialists
* Market research, mapping and headhunting
* Trained to LinkedIn RPS super user status
* Recruitment process and administration
* Full vacancy cycle
* Customer service

About you:-

* You will have a good understanding of recruitment from either in-house or agency or have a background in the Human Resource or Marketing.
* Strong academics are important so strong A-levels are a minimum we measure GMA (general mental ability) so alternative qualifications and experience will be considered.
* Must be able to communicate in a professional, articulate and engaging style.
* Be adapt on social media.

This will include:-

* Mapping and headhunting top quality candidates.
* Understand key clients values, culture, mission to effectively sell to prospective candidates.
* Direct sourcing social media and by phone, e-souring through using CV databases.
* Pipelining talent for future needs within the divisions that you support.
* Managing the new applications with high level of customer experience measured using NPS (net promoter score).
* Attending client/candidates meetings, pitches, events and forums.
* Assist is shortlisting and selection of applications for specific roles.
* Sending out pro-active marketing on candidates.
