This can be a highly pressured environment, working as part of a front line team which handles over 7500 applications for a school place each year and several hundred telephone and email enquiries every week.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be self-motivated with excellent customer service skills along with previous experience working in a busy office environment. Direct contact with parents and schools are a large part of this role so excellent communication and organisation skills are a must.
