You will be based within The Housing Income Management Team and will support vulnerable tenants at risk of eviction by providing a comprehensive money advice service in order to help them sustain their tenancies. You will maximise income for tenants and the council. You will be required to keep up to date with developments in the Money Advice field and disseminate key information to other officers.
