About the Role
An opportunity for a Resource Officer within ASC Learning Disability Assessment & Care Management Team. This role will be based at the Bellbrook Centre, Uckfield
The role involves supporting adults with a learning disability to live successfully within the community through the provision of a care management service to both service users and carers. Self Directed Support is a key feature of the role as is the ability to act as an Enquiry Officer using Safeguarding Adults at Risk Procedures.

This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services (previously the Criminal Records Bureau). Please note that we require evidence of an overseas police check if you have lived or worked abroad.
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
