Due to expansion, a leading regional firm is recruiting for a Conveyancing Executive to join their Residential Property Team in the Brighton office.

The new office location has celebrated a successful first six months that has seen growth, new hires, awards and a strong market position. In January, following this success, the Brighton office doubled in size.

About you:

• Residential conveyancing experience is essential for this role.
• You will be a team player and will play an active part in driving the team forward, through an interest in undertaking business development activity to seek and secure new work referral sources.
• You will also have excellent communication skills, have an ability to work well under pressure, be highly motivated, efficient, and looking for an opportunity to join and provide valuable support to a progressive and hardworking team.

The role:

• You will carry a substantial caseload of Residential conveyancing transactions, progressing them from opening the file to post completion, adhering to all compliance requirements.
