Do you want to lead an exciting new team that helps adults with acquired brain injury (ABI)?  We are seeking a Team Leader working with a range of individuals receiving support from our CHOICES Community and Home support. Having a high regard for individuals who have ABI the person should have some experience with mental health issues and dealing with positive behaviour support. It is most important for the successful individual to incorporate values of integrity, individuality and rights into their work and have the skills to organise rotas, support your colleagues and lead a team to the highest standard of support, please apply.
