As a Deputy you will support the Manager and another deputy in the running of the service, which supports 6 service users across 2 homes with learning disabilities and some additional health and behavioural support needs. We are looking for someone with the rights skills, and personal values to join the team to promote and role model good practise to ensure service users are supported to reach their full potential and to live their lives as independently as possible.
