About the Role
This is an interesting and varied role, working as part of the innovative new Orbis partnership. You will be providing financial support to the East Sussex Highways partnership and Waste Service, include the PFI Integrated Waste Management Services Contract.
Based in Lewes, just 15 minutes from Brighton, with occasional travel likely to be needed through East Sussex, you’ll benefit from working in a flexible and agile environment. This means you’ll have the equipment and opportunities to work from various locations, including at home, enabling you to work in a really flexible way to engage with and support your customers, as well as maintaining a good work life balance.
We are looking for a full time Principal Finance Officer with experience of supporting large public services contracts or projects. You will be someone who will enhance the quality of business decision-making through high performance; bringing insight and innovation; demonstrate sector awareness; be supportive, inquisitive and challenge how things are done.
Additional Information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
