Team Leader

Part time permanent – 27 hours per week

Salary range - 23,541 – 27,041 per annum pro rata dependant on skills & experience

Based in Hastings.

This is a great opportunity to join SCDA during a period of growth. We are recruiting for an experienced and client focussed Team Leader to manage the day to day delivery of our newest Employability project, based in Hastings but with delivery across E. Sussex, and with partners in Kent.

You will lead & support a multidisciplinary team who carry out the employment related services and day-to-day activities of this work area, as well as working in partnership with specialist providers.

Responsible for allocating work, and undertaking regular supervision and appraisals to support staff in achieving contract profile with quality standards intact; the successful applicant will need line management experience, and be used to handling budgets and performance reporting.

You should be able to demonstrate excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and will be a confident and credible ambassador for SCDA, showing sensitivity to the aims & values of the organisation as a whole.  

The post is subject to a DBS check and based in Hastings, with travel to partner and outreach locations across East Sussex and Kent.
