The successful candidate will work as part of a team to assess housing need, including assessment of local authority homeless duties, and access to the housing register. This particular vacancy is predominantly around the allocation of emergency and temporary accommodation to people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. The role can be fast paced and requires someone who can deliver excellent customer service to people who present in what are sometimes difficult circumstances.
