Applicants should have relevant qualifications and be willing to undertake further training as required. In addition, they should be skilled at working with children and have an understanding of their care needs and the provision of positive play. A commitment to implementing the Centre's safeguarding and equal opportunity policy is required, along with an ability to communicate effectively with parents and build a relationship of trust. All candidates should we willing to work with the Honeycroft team and Centre Management to create a happy, organised and family focused setting.
