Sightsavers has an exciting opportunity for a major donor fundraiser to join our Major Giving team on a 12 month maternity contract. We are looking for a confident and outgoing candidate with excellent communication skills capable of providing first-rate donor care.

The successful candidate will provide excellent relationship management by maintaining and nurturing a portfolio of existing major donors capable of giving at a significant level.

Our ideal candidate should have a successful track record of cultivating and stewarding relationships to secure significant donations from new and existing donors. A proactive approach to maintaining and developing relationships with donors is required, as is the ability to represent the charity at the highest levels.

You should have an interest in international development issues and be comfortable working to deadlines as part of a supportive team. Occasional overseas travel may be required.

Flexible and part time hours of 21 or 28 hours considered.
