The Volunteer Services Co-ordinator will be responsible for the development and day-to-day running of our Volunteer Services. The postholder will be responsible for the consistent delivery of high quality services, ensuring all services are integrated and work within the outcomes framework for the organisation.
BWC has been awarded funding from Brighton and Hove City Council to roll out city-wide Women's Hubs to provide women-only, peer-led drop-in services in local communities. These services will provide a safe, inclusive environment for women to receive support across a range of needs. The Volunteer Services Co-ordinator will initiate developments within this pilot service and lead consultation with identified communities in Brighton and Hove to set up and further develop outreach support.
