About the Role

Advice & Information Services Team Leader Part time, 30 hours per week Salary range: £23,541 - £27,041 per annum, pro rata, dependant on previous experience

With responsibility for the supervision, co-ordination and development of our Advice & Information Hub service delivery, you will be an experienced service manager with a flair for developing and delivering services to contract, and which meet community need in a consistently high quality way.  

Responsible for developing and leading a team of staff and volunteers, you will manage the services and day-to-day activities of the Advice & Information Hub, which works in partnership with specialist advice providers to support clients who are in need of assistance with a variety of welfare, housing, debt & money issues. Previous experience of supporting people to access advice, information services and opportunities, including volunteering is therefore required.

Demonstrating excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills you will also be sensitive to the aims of the service and the organisation as a whole.

This role is subject to a DBS check and based in Newhaven with some travel to outreach and delivery locations across the Havens.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
