Sales Marketing and PR Officer
This post is critical to the development of the Aldingbourne Trust and we are looking for someone with a proven track record, who is hungry for success and ready for a demanding role. You will work alongside a small but dynamic and high-achieving team to plan and implement a year-round marketing and PR strategy.
You will oversee and develop marketing campaigns to promote the products and services across the charity. Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define a range of targeted audiences. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders; together building strategic marketing promotions to increase revenue and footfall. Actively promote news, success stories, events and project promotions via a variety of social media platforms, tracking customer feedback and analysing social media statistics. Creatively bringing social media alive with related copy, promotions and images and utilising all social media tools to execute this.
You will lead on public relations; plan, develop and implement PR strategies within West Sussex and Portsmouth including local press, radio, TV and other media channels.
A key focus for the Trust is to increase revenue, target new business and generate additional footfall to our new conference facilities, café and shop.
The contractual hours for this post are 35 hours per week Due to the nature of this role, some flexibility is required to work occasional weekends and evenings.
