The HR Team are looking for a HR Advisor to cover Maternity Leave.

In this position you will work alongside another HR Advisor, your shared main responsibility will be to offer HR advice and guidance to managers and staff throughout The Aldingbourne Trust on matters such as the recruitment and talent management, sickness absence, performance management, employee engagement and conflict resolution. Generally, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, employment legislation and good practice.

The position is for 20 hours per week (work pattern to be agreed but would ideally include a Monday).
