We are looking for flexible support workers who can assist with the evening routines for our project located in central Bognor Regis. The project aims to provide support to our tenants who live in their own flats within individual tenancies with learning disabilities and some complex needs. You will be responsible for support, guidance and problem solving. 

This work requires working at covering evening shift ( hours 4.30 - 9pm ) supporting out clients with their evening / night routines, general household chores required. 

About Our Tenants 
Our tenants live in their own flats onsite and we help them manage their day-to-day lives and realise their dreams. They have varied abilities; most need support with cooking, cleaning and completing their household chores. We support people with the day to day tasks, such as managing their money and budgeting, menu planning and shopping. Others need support with personal care and medication; some need behavioural support. 

We welcome applications from people with prior experience in working with autism. A positive attitude would be preferred for this role.
