Title: Customer Service Sales Executive
Salary: £16,000 to £17,000

Do you have excellent customer service experience?

This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused person to join a company that provides the best support service in the industry.

The Role:
You will be dealing with all customer services, sales, technical and returns enquiries, be it by phone, e-mail, Skype or letter from their distributors and installers and provide assistance to their second line support team giving high-level support.

In addition you will undertake additional projects to promote new products and services.

Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have a solid background within a customer service and sales environment, have exceptional customer services along with excellent PC skills.
