Who are you?

You're a corporate commercial solicitor with 2-3 years PQE looking for an in-house opportunity based in Brighton. Having achieved a law degree of at least a 2:1, you're qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and have some experience with financial services in the past, you're excited to bring those skills to a new position at a firm based in Brighton with a global reach.

Your role

You will be working with the rest of the in-house Corporate Department on transactions and larger projects. You will also be working with the company secretary and providing legal advice to departments throughout the business on an ad-hoc basis as well as drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts.

You will have access to a team of lawyers within the Corporate Legal Department who will be able to support your development within the business. Giving you a better understanding of the direction and strengths of the company and how your strengths can be used to help you beat your goals and progress your career.

You will receive a highly competitive salary, commensurate with your level of post-qualification experience plus bonus.
