Harvey John are currently working in partnership with a local East Sussex boutique accountancy firm to find a Corporate Finance Executive to join their Lewes team.

Aware of the diversity and experience you can bring, they are welcoming those looking to take the leap from their current service line, potentially audit, to join them.

You will have the opportunity to support both their lead advisory and business advisory teams, giving you a broad and dynamic insight into the field, through their SME client base.

You'll get:

• Researching buyers within acquisitions transactions
• Delivering regular progress updates to clients, building relationships throughout transactions
• Undertaking valuations of shareholders and businesses
• Actively assisting in networking for firms

You'll have:

• Either ACCA/ ACA/ CA qualified
• Experience in accountancy
