We are seeking to appoint an Employer Relationships Manager to join the Degree Apprenticeships Team. The role holder will take a pro-active lead in the development and delivery of the University’s employer engagement strategy, with a specific focus on our expanding portfolio of degree apprenticeship programmes.

To be successful in your application it is essential that you are able to demonstrate experience of engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including Universities, FE Colleges, schools, employers, potential apprentices and external agencies. We would anticipate that the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate understanding of the Higher Education Environment, contract management and key issues in the provision of degree apprenticeships.

The successful post holder will be an innovative and self-motivated leader with the ability to form and manage strong working relationships and the capability to work pro-actively and independently.
