The Estate division at Goodwood encompasses the 'behind-the-scenes' elements of a traditional country estate along with the Motor Circuit and Aviation businesses which are based at the historic Goodwood Motor Circuit. 

We are looking to recruit an experienced and skilled Estate Financial Controller who can provide the financial expertise for the successful running of the Estate division.  Working closely with the Estate Managing Director, the Finance Director and the various business managers, you'll ensure that all aspects of the financial management and accounting duction are completed in order to help drive the business forward. 

The successful candidate will have relevant experience and be adept at working pro-actively with P&L owners to ensure that financial targets are delivered. Strong experience of leading and managing a team is crucial, along with developing good working relationships with others at a range of levels within a multi-business organisation. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, as is a flair for explaining complex financial information in a logical way.
