We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our small and friendly events sales team in the heart of Guildford, Surrey, as a Sales Executive.

You will be responsible for proactively dealing with all sales enquiries, including weddings, functions, and conferences, and making sure that enquiries are converted. You will also be building relationships with customers, producing event proposals, contracts, and invoices, as well as taking ownership of projects and seeing them through to execution.

This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to work across a range of departments to ensure a great customer experience. You'll be working Monday to Friday and at Weekends on a monthly Rota basis.

We're looking for someone with experience in an events role, excellent communication skills, and a sales-focused mindset with the aptitude to close and upsell. Attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and experience with Opera Cloud Sales and Catering would be a bonus although not essential as full training will be given.

Your salary is £28,009.00 per year, including holiday pay. Plus incentive Scheme

Salary Breakdown: The role is based on a 42.5 hour week. The rate is £12.25 per hour plus holiday pay at £1.48 per hour, totalling £13.73 per hour. Overtime is also available from time to time and paid at the same rate.
